Nobz mob

Here's a finished nobz mob I've been working on. There are a couple small details left to paint, but they are almost done. They are all differently equiped to maximize wound allocation, WYSIWYG. I have a 2nd edition painboy that I'm using (not pictured), but hopefully soon I grab one of the new ones and paint him up.

A note on the checkers... I've switched my method of doing these now. I used to start with a white base and paint black on it, now I'm doing the opposite... black base then light grey checkers, then white highlights. So far I'm liking this method a lot more, its easier, faster and looks pretty good in the end. I'll post individual pictures soon.
