Realm of Battle WIP

Here are some pics of the board I'm working on.  I'm using the GW scenery pack and am painting it basically the standard way.  I've just finished painting the base coat for the rocks and will be shading and highlighting them next.  It should be ready for flock after that and then it'll just be a matter of painting all the skulls and I'll be done.

Modular table wip update

Here's a couple more pics of the modular table I'm working on. I've got it all textured (with coffee grinds) and once that's dry I'll start painting it.

I've been talking about this project for a while with the guys from MWG... I really like the GW Realm of Battle modular table, but there's no way I would want to pay $350 for it. So, the solution is that I've challenged myself to make a 6x4 modular table for under $50. I'm convinced I can do it, and here are some work in progress shots. I'll be making a video of the steps once I'm done along with a list of materials.
